Job summary

Heidelberg Materials is seeking a maintenance technician to perform routine maintenance and repairs on plant equipment, troubleshoot mechanical problems, and ensure safety compliance. You will maintain records and collaborate with the team to optimize operations at our Texas facility.

Conditions of Employment

Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check. Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

Work Environment

Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.

Physical Demands

Ability to lift and carry up to 80 pounds. Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching. Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces. Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination. Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
