Job summary

Lilly—Kenosha County campus is seeking a Utilities Maintenance Technician to support HVAC and utilities systems across GMP and non‑GMP environments. You will work with Operations to ensure reliability, troubleshoot equipment, and perform repairs in a fast-paced production setting.

The role emphasizes safety, documentation in CMMS, and collaboration with the Utilities, Facilities, and Project Engineering team during a night shift (3,2,2).

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 2 years of automation experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States full-time; Lilly will not sponsor visas.
• Experience with HVAC/Utilities systems in GMP and non-GMP environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain HVAC and utilities systems on GMP and non-GMP lines.
• Improve equipment uptime and line efficiency through troubleshooting.
• Diagnose root causes and document actions in CMMS.
• Coordinate with Operations to provide customer-focused service.
• Perform repairs and overhaul equipment including gear boxes, pumps, fans and drives.
