CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Utilities/Maintenance Supervisor for a pharmaceutical client. This hands-on leadership role will oversee utility systems, maintenance, and reliability while directing a skilled team to keep a state-of-the-art facility operating safely and efficiently.

The position supports a Monday through Friday night shift in a highly regulated environment, offering opportunities to lead continuous improvement and mentor technicians within a global industry leader.

Qualifikationen

• 5-8 years of job-related experience; prior shift leader or supervisory experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Meet the physical requirements (stooping, standing, walking, stairs/ladders, lifting 50+ lbs).
• Innovative mindset to develop methods beyond existing solutions.
• Ability to solve unique problems with broad business impact.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.

• Forecast workload demand and project deliverables with technical leaders and clients.
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee workload and day-to-day activities of the support team.
• Resolve conflicting priorities with business leaders.
