Job summary

Merrill Gardens at Campbell is seeking a Universal Worker to support residents in our senior living community during the night shift (11pm–7am). The role covers maintenance, housekeeping and helping with daily activities to ensure dignity and comfort for residents.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-2 years housekeeping experience in a similar environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs general maintenance tasks as needed (e.g., defrosting refrigerators, changing bulbs, checking extinguishers).
• Maintains cleanliness and upkeep of common areas and vacant apartments.
• Assists with resident care tasks and safety procedures as required.
• Delivers papers, assists with phone calls, and supports administrative tasks.
