Merrill Gardens at Campbell is seeking a Universal Worker for the NOC shift (11pm-7am) to support residents in a warm, dignified environment. The role covers maintenance, housekeeping, and general support duties across our senior living community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-2 years of housekeeping experience in a similar environment preferred.
• Meet background check and specific requirements upon request.

Responsabilités

• Maintenance: performs general maintenance, defrosting refrigerators, change bulbs and filters.
• Maintenance: repair and maintain walls, floors, doors, windows, and furniture in common areas.
• Maintenance: handle minor electrical, plumbing, and safety documentation tasks.
• Housekeeping: routine and deep cleaning of common areas and offices.
• Housekeeping: wash, dry, fold, and return community and resident laundry.
• Housekeeping: stock supplies and update cleaning and dining areas.
• Support: delivers papers and flyers; answer phones; assist with mailings.
