Responsibilities

• Perform clerical duties in a patient care environment.
• Coordinate admissions, transfers, discharges and deaths according to unit standards.
• Transcribe and process orders; release and confirm tests to appropriate departments.
• Coordinate transportation of patients for multiple tests and ensure timely communication with care teams.
• Assist with transporting non-controlled medications and blood products as needed.
