Ultra-Poly Corporation is hiring for a night shift Machine Operator in Portland, PA. This entry-level role involves hands-on operation of shredders and grinders, setting up equipment, and loading/unloading materials according to production schedules.

We value self-starters with a strong work ethic and reliable attendance. The position requires working 12-hour night shifts (7 pm to 7 am) with a rotating schedule and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, read/write English, and pass pre-employment

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic with dependable attendance.
• Able to work a 12-hour shift (7 pm–7 am) on a rotating schedule.
• Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Read, write and understand English.

Responsabilités

• Set up equipment for production to fulfill orders.
• Operate large production equipment (shredders/grinders).
• Load and unload product manually into/out of equipment.
• Monitor and adjust equipment; follow safety protocols.
