Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer for a full-time, unarmed patrol role in Atlantic City, NJ. You will patrol healthcare facility areas, deter incidents, and provide courteous service to patients, visitors and staff.

You will document activities, respond to emergencies, and maintain a visible security presence to support a safe environment. This position offers steady hours and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• A state, county, or city-issued security license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• The ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures and location policies.
• Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and critical situations calmly and professionally.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of healthcare facility entrances, public areas, parking areas, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, direct individuals, and report issues to site leadership.
• Complete accurate activity logs and shift documentation per requirements.
