Qualifications

• CPR certification preferred.
• State/city license preferred.
• Alarm panel experience preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certifications preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Must be 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and other critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of assigned healthcare facility areas, entrances, parking areas, and the surrounding perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and report unusual conditions, hazards, and policy concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Complete accurate reports and maintain clear communication with site contacts, Allied Universal leadership, and emergency responders as needed.
