Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors while following site procedures and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter access points.
• Monitor access points and verify authorized entry; direct visitors and vendors as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and medical emergencies calmly and document observations.
• Prepare clear activity reports and incident documentation as required.
