Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors by following security procedures.
• Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and critical situations following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the healthcare location, reporting hazards.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor management as per location policies.
• Document incidents and daily activities, communicating with leadership and client representatives.
