Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English, verbally and in writing.
• Must pass background check and drug screening and meet licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a visible presence to deter unwanted activity and promote a safe environment.
• Observe and report safety hazards, security incidents, and unusual activity in a timely manner.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and access control points according to post orders.
• Enforce Prosegur, client, and Missouri Private Security regulations.
• Complete detailed incident reports and daily activity logs.
• Provide customer service and assistance to visitors, employees, and contractors.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and law enforcement when appropriate.
• Perform routine patrols (foot/vehicle) and operate in varying weather conditions.
• Support emergency procedures such as evacuations or medical response when directed.
