LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking a Travel RN to provide direct patient care on a Step Down unit during night shifts (6:45 PM–7:15 AM). The role requires 36–48 hours per week with local and national travel options, offering comprehensive benefits and strong support for professional development.

You will assess, implement, and monitor care plans, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and facilitate discharge planning while upholding a respectful, compliant workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Active RN license (compact or state-specific) to practice nursing.
• BLS certification required within 30 days of hire.
• Minimum 1 year of acute care RN experience on Step Down or similar unit.

Responsibilities
