American Traveler is seeking a Med/Surg Float Pool RN for a 13-week night assignment. Requires ICU, ER, Med/Surg experience and an active OH or compact RN license. The role involves a 12-hour night shift, floating across ER/ICU/Med-Surg units in a general medical-surgical hospital, with weekend and holiday work expectations.

Candidate must have BLS, ACLS, and PALS, plus COVID vaccination documentation if applicable. Benefits include housing allowances, travel reimbursement, and per diem options.

Qualifications

• Active OH or compact RN license required.
• 1 year of experience in Emergency Department, ICU, and Med/Surg required.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required.
• Must provide COVID vaccination card if vaccinated.

Responsibilities

• Float pool RN covering ER, Med/Surg, and ICU units in a general hospital.
• 13-week night shift with a Sunday–Saturday schedule.
• Uses Meditech EMR for patient records.
• Willing to float to other areas as assigned and handle low census.
• Weekend and holiday work required.
