Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and shop drawings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee contractor operations for compliance with contracts and permits.
• Conduct daily inspections and prepare reports.
• Track daily work quantities and validate contractor pay estimates.

Skills

Construction inspection experience

Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Valid driver’s license

Education

High School Diploma or State Equivalency Certificate

Bachelor’s Degree preferred
