Job summary

McLane Company, Inc. is seeking a Transportation Coordinator to manage daily administrative functions in the Transportation department.

They ensure drivers are aware of changes and provide route change information to customers as needed. The role offers a night schedule of 7:00 PM – 5:30 AM across four ten-hour shifts, with benefits starting after 60 days and including medical, dental, and vision insurance, FSA/HSA, life insurance, vacation, and sick leave accrual from day one, plus holiday pay

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of work experience in a similar function.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English sufficiently to perform tasks safely.

Responsibilities

• Prepare delivery paperwork for drivers.
• Pull and put away keys.
• Confirm driver on routes.
• Process payroll.
• Check in driver and verify paperwork.
• Special projects may be assigned at supervisor's discretion.
