Job summary

McLane Company, Inc. is seeking a Transportation Coordinator in Minnesota to handle daily administrative tasks within the Transportation team. You will prepare driver paperwork, confirm routes, and support payroll processing to ensure deliveries run smoothly.

The role offers a pay rate of $18.00–$20.00 per hour with a $0.40 shift premium, Monday–Friday starting at 10:00 PM. Benefits commence after 60 days (medical, dental, and vision insurance, FSA/HSA, and company-paid life insurance) with

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of work experience in a similar function is preferred.
• Ability to read, write and understand English well to perform tasks safely and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Prepare delivery paperwork for drivers.
• Pull and put away keys.
• Confirm driver on routes.
• Process payroll.
• Check in driver and verify paperwork.
• Additional responsibilities and potential special projects as directed by supervisor.
