Job summary

Amneal Pharmaceuticals LLC in Piscataway, NJ is seeking a Transdermal Operator I to handle the packaging and cartoning process, document batch records, and support equipment setup and cleaning on a night shift.

You will operate the cartoning machine, perform in-process checks, and maintain clean, safe work areas while meeting GMP/SOP requirements; High School or GED and 1+ year manufacturing experience preferred; ability to lift up to 40 lbs; 6pm-6:30am shifts with weekend rotation; OSHA

Ability to understand and communicate in English.
Basic math and mechanical aptitude.
Ability to use computer systems for data entry.
Strong attention to detail and good documentation practices.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Ability to perform repetitive tasks and lift up to 40 lbs.
Flexibility to work extended hours when required.

Responsibilities

Assist with equipment set-up, IQ/OQ/PQ, and commercial batch activities.
Setup and operate cartoning machine to process and package transdermal products.
Perform packaging room clearance, count materials and reconcile items as per GMP and SOP.
Perform in-process checks, visual inspections, routinely inspect transdermal products for quality.
Perform room and equipment cleaning procedures after each batch.
Document in-process checks and ensure all batch record data is accurately recorded.
Clean assigned work areas and assist in maintaining a clean, orderly, and safe work enviornment.
