Job summary

ABM Industries is seeking an Overnight Training Coordinator at Charlotte Douglas International Airport to run overnight employee training, coordinate sessions with operations, and manage training rooms and materials.

The role requires independence, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Spanish bilingual preferred; training records will be entered into ABM University LMS.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Flexibility to adjust schedule for daytime or weekend training when needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct employee training programs and facilitate learning sessions.
• Coordinate training schedules with operations leadership and trainees.
• Set up classrooms with audio-visual equipment and training materials.
• Enter training records into ABM University LMS and maintain rosters and files.
