Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience performing class 7-8 trailer maintenance and repairs.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Must own and maintain personal tools and toolbox for the role.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team.
• Willingness and ability to meet the physical demands of the position.
• Eligible to pass pre-employment screenings, including drug screen and DOT physical if required.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on trailers.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues on fleet trailers.
• Conduct inspections to ensure safety and compliance standards.
• Accurately document repairs and complete work orders.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and organize tools.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies.
• Collaborate with supervisors and teammates to support fleet operations.
