Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on trailer maintenance and repairs.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Able to pass pre-employment screenings, including drug screen and DOT if required.
• Able to lift heavy objects and work outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on trailers.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues.
• Conduct inspections to ensure safety and compliance standards.
• Accurately document repairs and complete work orders.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and tools.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies.
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to support fleet operations.
