Job summary

Magna International Limited, Cosma International division, is seeking a 3rd shift Tool & Die Supervisor to lead the Tool Room teams in our Bowling Green, Ohio facility. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and continuous improvement while maintaining production flow.

You will supervise tooling maintenance, mentor team members, and coordinate with multiple departments to meet daily objectives and schedules on the night shift.

Responsibilities

• Supervise team members; train, coach, and evaluate; document performance issues.
• Schedule and assign tasks to meet daily production and quality goals.
• Maintain open communication on policies, rules, and environmental regs.
• Coordinate objectives with production procedures with the manager and shifts.
• Troubleshoot and obtain support across departments (Production, Quality, HSE, Maintenance, Logistics, HR, Tooling).
