You will assist in operating and maintaining equipment, ensuring quality and productivity for titanium production. Cross-training on multiple roles is available, with bonuses tied to performance and attendance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Preferred: manufacturing experience.
• Preferred: basic computer skills.
• Preferred: problem solving, good communication, and teamwork.
• Aptitude to read and interpret production orders, safety, operating, maintenance and procedure manuals.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment such as tow motors, scales, hand tools, torches, and computers.
• Follow production orders and work instructions from logs and manuals.
• Inspect product quality and comply with work standards.
• Maintain equipment and housekeeping.
• Set up, operate, and maintain various machines.
• Record production, time and inventory details.
• Sort material by size, composition, and category.
• Provide feedback to improve productivity methods.
