Job summary

Keysight Technologies SAles Spain SL. is seeking a Swing Shift Supervisor for its Thin Film department in Santa Rosa, CA. This role involves leading approximately 20 operators in the manufacturing of thin film devices, emphasizing safety and efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of supervisory experience and a solid understanding of manufacturing processes, particularly in microfabrication. This position is full-time with specified working hours during swing shifts (M-F, start time between 12:00 PM–2:00 PM).

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a supervisor or lead technician.
• Proven leadership in high-mix production environment.
• Working knowledge of MES and lot tracking methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead safe, efficient manufacturing performance.
• Partner with day shift supervisor for seamless handoffs.
• Promote a culture of safety and compliance.
