Job summary

TOPPAN Packaging Americas is hiring a Thermoforming Packer for our Plant City, FL facility. You will safely pack thermoformed trays under supervision, ensuring quality and efficiency in a fast-paced production setting. The role requires reliability, strong attention to detail, and the ability to lift 25–50 lbs as needed.

Hours are 6:45am-7:00pm or 6:45pm-7:00am, 4 days on/4 days off. Base pay is $16.14/hr plus a $0.50 shift differential.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in manufacturing/warehouse/operations.
• Lift 25–50 lbs. as required.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Pack thermoformed trays safely and efficiently under supervision.
• Maintain quality standards and monitor product integrity.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets.
• Operate packing equipment and adapt to fast-paced environment.
• Follow safety policies and keep work area clean and organized.
