Job summary

TOPPAN Packaging Americas is hiring an App Label Machine Operator to support our production environment in Plant City, FL. You will report to the Supervisor and contribute to safety, quality, productivity, and teamwork within the plant.

Responsibilities include operating labeling equipment, lifting up to 50 lbs, and maintaining a clean, safe work area. The role requires a high school diploma and a willingness to grow within the company. Shifts run on a 4 days on/4 days off cycle.

Qualifications

• Reads and understands standard work instructions.
• Performs basic math and uses measuring tools.
• Maintains good attendance and punctuality.
• Eager to grow within the company.
• Ability to work in a 24/7 operations environment.

Responsibilities

• Lift up to 50 lbs. to waist level.
• Stand for extended periods and perform repetitive motions.
• Work safely around labeling equipment and flashing lights.
• Extend arms, twist, bend, and stoop as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
