Job summary

Safe Harbor Ohio is seeking a Third Shift Treatment Specialist to supervise and care for resident girls, ages 14-18, during night hours. Responsibilities include monitoring safety, cleaning, and coordinating with daytime staff to ensure seamless care delivery.

The role requires strong interpersonal skills, ability to follow treatment plans, and adherence to safety protocols in a fast-paced residential setting. A valid Ohio driver’s license and background checks are required.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret safety rules and manuals.
• Ability to read, comprehend and write routine reports.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and conflict resolution.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to work under stress.
• PC literacy; familiarity with Outlook, Teams, and Word.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment and handle stress.

Responsibilities

• Monitor residents during the night to ensure safety and prevent harm.
• Deep clean cottages and maintain a safe, healthy environment.
• Administer medications as approved and coordinate with shifts.
• Maintain logs and documentation; follow shift plan.
• Follow SCM guidelines for de-escalation and safety interventions.
