Qualifications

• Basic computer skills required.
• Ability to troubleshoot process-related issues in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate forms for the recycle process.
• Keep machine settings within Standard Operating Condition parameters.
• Operate recycle line safely and within operating characteristics.
• Manage feed material on the in-feed belt for proper coloration and properties.
• Maintain 5S in the work areas at all times.
• Ensure scheduled output production rates are achieved and reported.
• Report non-conforming product to management.
• Perform preventative/predictive maintenance and document accordingly.
• Demonstrate teamwork by training or assisting coworkers as needed.
• Other duties may be assigned.
