Fortune Brands is seeking a Lead Operator in New London, NC to manage shredding, grinding, extruding and pelletizing equipment for recycled PE. You’ll oversee process parameters, scrap feed, and maintenance while ensuring safety and adherence to quality standards.
The role requires a high school diploma or GED, basic computer skills, and strong problem solving. Overtime, holidays, and weekends may be scheduled as needed.
Lead Operator of shredding, grinding, extruding, and pelletizing equipment in the manufacturing of recycled polyethylene (PE).
Willing to work overtime, holidays, and weekends as scheduled.
High School Diploma or GED.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to hot and wet and/or humid conditions, moving mechanical parts and vibration. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
