Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Basic math: addition, subtraction, multiplication to record reports.
• Able to read and write in English.
• Experience with automated manufacturing equipment preferred.
• Lifting up to 25–50 lbs regularly; up to 100 lbs on occasion; moving up to 900 lbs with pallet jack.

Responsibilities

• Operate shredder and feed conveyors following safety procedures.
• Safely transport materials from warehouse to preparation area with forklift where needed.
• Maintain quality; prevent color/type contamination during shredding.
• Keep area clean and assist extrusion operator to remove waste.
• Receive and maintain forklift certification; follow all SOPs.
