Kalama Sourdough Bakery is hiring for our afternoon/evening production team.

This is a very fast-paced bakery position. We need someone who can move quickly, stay organized, and keep a good attitude while working hard. We are looking for someone dependable, detail-oriented, and ready to be part of a team that takes pride in getting the job done right.

What You Would Be Doing:

You would be helping the Shift Lead with daily bakery operations, including:

• Slicing and packaging bread
• Filling customer orders accurately
• Organizing racks, products, and packaging supplies
• Helping keep the production area clean and efficient Washing, cleaning
• Resetting the bakery after production
• Following food safety and bakery procedures
• Helping the team finish the day strong

This position requires strong attention to detail. Orders must be filled correctly, products must be packaged properly, and the work area must stay clean and organized.

Schedule:

We offer a 4-day work week.

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday Hours: 4:00 PM — 2:00 AM

End times will vary depending on the workload. Some nights may finish earlier, and some nights may require staying later. We work all holidays that land on our production days, except Thanksgiving and Christmas. If our customers are open, we are open.
