Responsibilities

• Ensure that Team Members follow recipes and read tickets accurately.
• Ensure Team Members accurately weigh and measure recipe items.
• Maintain restaurant's established speed of service guidelines.
• Keep workstations clean at all times.
• Ensure cashiers adhere to cash handling procedures.
• Execute proper security and cash handling procedures.
• Monitor cleanliness of dining room, restroom, and parking lot.
• Address guest issues and communicate with management as needed.
• Maintain positive relationships and provide direction to employees.
• Report employee performance and policy violations to management.
• Strictly adhere to all Company policies and procedures.
• Lead teams to produce positive business results.
