Responsibilities

• Ensure Team Members follow recipes and read tickets to prepare orders accurately.
• Ensure Team Members are accurate with weights and measurements for recipes.
• Maintain restaurant's speed of service guidelines.
• Keep workstations clean at all times.
• Ensure cashiers follow cash handling procedures.
• Execute proper security and cash handling procedures.
• Monitor facility cleanliness in dining room, restroom, and parking lot.
• Address guest issues and consult with management on complex matters.
• Maintain positive relationships with employees while providing direction.
• Communicate employee performance and policy violations to management.
• Adhere strictly to all Company policies and procedures.
• Lead teams to produce positive business results.
