The role includes a nightly shift with an additional $1.50/hr for working 10pm-6am, plus a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for advancement. Candidates must be able to multitask and lift up to 20 pounds.

Qualifications

• Multi-tasking ability; stand, bend, reach; lift up to 20 lb; assist lifting 40 lb.
• Must be 18+; VA state law may require 21+ for some tasks.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to our stores with greetings and top-tier customer service
• Serve quality food and beverages to exact customer specifications in a safe, fast and friendly manner
• Mentor and coach team members to prioritize tasks
• Ensure products are ordered, merchandised, rotated and available for customers
• Keep store, kitchen and dining areas clean
