Qualifications

• Ability to multitask and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Able to stand, bend, reach and lift up to 20 pounds, with assistance for 40 pounds.
• Must be 18+ years old; VA state law requires 21+ for certain tasks.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with greetings and top-tier service.
• Prepare quality food and beverages to exact specifications safely and quickly.
• Mentor and coach team members to prioritize tasks.
• Monitor stock, merchandising and rotation to ensure availability.
• Maintain cleanliness in store, kitchen and dining areas.
