Sheetz is seeking a Supervisory role to lead store teams with high-energy hustle and a customer-first attitude. As a Supervisor you’ll mentor team members, ensure quality food and beverage service, and uphold safety and cleanliness standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to multi-task, stand, bend, and reach for extended periods.
• Must be 18+; VA state law may require 21+ for certain tasks.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with friendly greetings and top-tier service.
• Prepare quality food and beverages to exact specifications quickly and safely.
• Mentor teammates to prioritize tasks and work as a cohesive team.
• Ensure products are ordered, merchandised, rotated and available.
• Maintain cleanliness in store, kitchen, and dining areas.
