Sheetz, Inc. is hiring for a Supervisor position at our Pennsylvania stores. You will lead a store team, deliver hospitality-focused service, and ensure operations run smoothly through high-energy leadership and effective task delegation.

The role offers an additional $1.50/hr for night shift (10pm–6am) and a range of growth opportunities, including education and benefits, as part of our comprehensive rewards package.

Qualifications

• Must be able to multi-task and prioritize tasks.
• Ability to stand, bend, reach, and lift up to 20 pounds (and assist with 40 pounds).
• Must be 18 years or older (VA requires 21 for certain tasks).

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with top-tier service.
• Prepare quality food and beverages to spec in a fast, safe, friendly manner.
• Mentor and coach team members to prioritize tasks as a team.
• Ensure products are ordered, merchandised, rotated and available for customers.
• Keep store, kitchen and dining areas clean.
