Job summary
Charter Foods, a franchisee of leading brands in the Food & Beverage industry, is seeking a Shift Manager to support the Management Team in running shifts and upholding brand standards. You will lead your shift, guide others, and ensure duties are completed while maintaining inventory control.
You will play a crucial role in delivering safe, quality food to customers and maintaining a safe environment. The position offers night hours, opportunities for advancement, and a comprehensive benefits
Qualifications
- Night/overnight availability
- 18+ years old
- High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required
- Reliable transportation
- Strong math and analytical/decision-making skills
- Able to supervise and motivate the team
- Able to stand/walk and lift up to 50 lbs for 80% of shifts
Responsibilities
- Lead the shift and manage the team to meet Charter Foods standards.
- Ensure tasks are completed and inventory is managed.
- Maintain financial accountability for the shift.
- Ensure safe, quality food is delivered to customers in a timely manner.
- Maintain a safe environment for employees and customers.
