Qualifications

• Active Secret Clearance is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Security+ or higher certification and IAT Level II or higher are required.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and perform break/fix activities on shipboard IT networks via satellite connection.
• Coordinate remote support with StratasCorp Technician help desk and Remote Administration team and shipboard crew.
• Gather data as needed and provide to StratasCorp teams for data calls.
• Prepare and provide daily work reports.
