Qualifications

• 4 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and scanner equipment.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including overtime and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers, vendors and team members to ensure commitments are met.
• Demonstrate understanding of quality policies and maintain quality objectives.
• Provide guidance to supervisors on personnel, quality and safety.
• Hire, train, develop and appraise staff effectively.
• Make recommendations on programs to improve operations.
• Handle equipment and coordinate maintenance with the maintenance team.
• Maintain records and complete reports in a timely manner.
• Adhere to safety practices and OSHA standards.
• Lead a workforce to ensure efficient warehouse operations.
