Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc is seeking a Manager, Supply Chain Operations to oversee critical warehousing and logistics functions. You will lead teams, drive continuous improvement, and ensure safe, compliant operations while delivering on customer commitments.

The role requires strong leadership, extensive people management, and hands-on process improvement to support GXO's fast-paced supply chains.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience in supply chain or logistics management.
• Experience with quality policies and maintaining quality objectives.
• Experience in an AS9100 or ISO environment is a plus.
• Lean, Six Sigma and Continuous Process Improvement knowledge and experience.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers, vendors and team members to ensure commitments are met.
• Provide guidance to supervisors on personnel, quality and safety.
• Hire, train, develop and appraise staff effectively.
• Make recommendations to improve operations and programs.
• Coordinate maintenance needs with the maintenance team.
• Ensure records and reports are maintained and timely.
