Qualifications

• Experience in foodservice or healthcare support preferred.
• Shift supervision experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise associates during a specific shift to ensure tasks are completed per policy.
• Create work schedules and provide training for new staff.
• Evaluate performance, recognize high performers and address underperformance.
• Prepare production or sales reports and ensure quality, productivity and safety targets are met.
• Serve as contact for employee time-off requests and inquiries and support goal setting.
