• Able to supervise, coach, and mentor associates.

Responsibilities

• Direct activities of associates during a shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained.
• Provide training and create work schedules for staff.
• Evaluate performance, reward high performers, and discipline employees who fail to meet standards.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management ensuring quality, productivity and safety metrics.
• Act as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
• Mentor and develop employees; encourage advancement within the organization.
