Sheetz, Inc is hiring a Supervisor to lead our store team, deliver hospitality, and model energetic, customer-focused leadership every shift. You’ll mentor teammates, ensure orders meet exact specifications, keep shelves stocked and merchandised, and maintain clean dining areas.

Qualifications

• Multi-tasking capability with ability to bend, stand, reach, and lift up to 20 pounds (40 pounds with assistance).
• Must be 18+ years old (21+ for certain tasks in VA state law).

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with greetings and top-tier service.
• Make food and beverages to exact customer specifications in a safe, fast and friendly manner.
• Mentor and coach the team to prioritize tasks and perform well.
• Keep store products ordered, merchandised, rotated and available for customers.
• Keep store, kitchen, and dining areas clean.
