Job summary

Sheetz, Inc. is hiring a Supervisor to lead store teams, deliver exceptional customer service, and ensure smooth daily operations. You will mentor staff, manage tasks, and uphold safety and quality standards while serving our customers with energy and hospitality.

Qualifications

• Ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing and reaching, and occasionally lift up to 20 pounds; assist others lifting up to 40 pounds.
• Must be 18+ years old (some tasks require 21).

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with friendly greetings and top-tier service.
• Prepare quality food and beverages to exact customer specifications in a safe, fast, and friendly manner.
• Mentor and coach team members to prioritize tasks and work as a cohesive unit.
• Monitor in-store products, ensure stock, merchandising, rotations, and availability.
