Qualifications

• Must be able to multi-task, stand, bend, and lift up to 20 pounds; may assist lifting up to 40 pounds.
• Must be 18 or older; VA state law requires Supervisor to be 21+ for certain tasks.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with greetings and top-tier customer service.
• Serve food and beverages to customer specifications in a safe, fast, friendly manner.
• Mentor and coach team members to prioritize tasks and work as a team.
• Monitor inventory and ensure products are ordered, merchandised, rotated, and available.
• Keep store, kitchen and dining areas clean.
