Sheetz is seeking a Supervisor-level candidate to lead a fast-paced store team and deliver exceptional customer service. You will mentor staff, maintain product availability, and ensure cleanliness across store and dining areas.

Qualifications

• Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks.
• Must be 18 years or older; VA state law requires Supervisors to be 21 for certain tasks.
• Retail or food service experience is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with greetings and top-tier customer service.
• Serve quality food and beverages to exact specifications in a safe, fast and friendly manner.
• Mentor and coach team members to prioritize tasks and work as a Team.
• Ensure products are ordered, merchandised, rotated and readily available for customers.
• Keep store, kitchen, and dining areas clean.
