Job summary

Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Healthcare company, is seeking a full-time Shift Supervisor for the Bangor location. The role oversees a team during the 5:00 pm–3:00 am shift, ensuring service, safety, and quality standards are met.

You’ll train staff, schedule coverage, monitor performance, and report on production and quality metrics. Prior customer service or food service supervisory experience is preferred, with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service, food service, hospitality, and supervisory experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of associates during a shift and ensure tasks meet policy and procedure.
• Provide training and create work schedules for staff.
• Evaluate performance, reward high performers, and counsel underperforming staff.
• Prepare production or sales reports and monitor quality, productivity, and safety.
• Serve as the contact person for employee requests and time-off issues.
• Mentor employees and encourage advancement within the organization.
