Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Healthcare company, is hiring a full-time Shift Supervisor at our Monroe, NC location. You will direct the activities of associates during the 1:00 pm to 9:00 pm shift and ensure that job expectations are met while upholding policy and procedures.

The role requires prior supervisory and short-order experience. You will train staff, create schedules, evaluate performance, and prepare reports to meet quality, productivity, and safety goals.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory and short order experience required.
• Ability to supervise during a 1:00 pm–9:00 pm shift.

Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained.
• Provide training and create work schedules for staff.
• Evaluate performance, reward high performers, and address underperformance.
• Prepare production or sales reports and ensure quality, productivity, and safety targets are met.
• Serve as the point of contact for employee requests or time-off.
• Mentor staff and encourage advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
