Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise associates during a shift and ensure tasks meet policy.
• Provide training and schedule creation.
• Evaluate performance, reward high performers, and address underperformance.
• Prepare production or service reports and ensure quality, safety, productivity.
• Act as point of contact for time-off requests and employee concerns.
• Mentor staff and encourage advancement.
